Nigel the Boss

Nigel thinks he is the cool boss. He wears casual Fridays like a personality, calls everyone “champ,” and believes an awkward thumbs-up can solve any workplace problem.

Nobody else agrees. The staff avoid eye contact, the meetings go silent when he walks in, and even the office plants seem embarrassed for him. Still, Nigel is certain he is respected. Or feared. Either one will do.
