Terrible Tommy was teased, and he never forgot it. Every laugh, every nickname, every person who looked at him for a second too long is still rattling around in his head.

Now Tommy has decided that nobody gets to laugh at him again. He roams the dark looking for someone to blame, someone to punish, and someone who will finally understand just how terrible he can be.
